(Dockton) Tideflats : On Maury Island there is a public park, boat launch and mooring at Dockton Park.  Located on Puget Sound it is subject to tidal changes exposing rocks and a connecting stream.

Last Fall : Fall colors on Sunrise Ridge Vashon Island (a tulip tree).

Last Spring : Purple Irises surrounded the buildings at Sunrise Ridge on Vashon Island, WA until an ill conceived clean-up pulled them out. Even so a few die-hard blossoms still peak up their brilliant heads each spring. This was one.
